Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice please, I have an old Jennvo CCTV PTZ IP camera that I've found in a box and I wondered if I could get it to work in vMix.

With that in mind, I've connected the camera to my local network and typed in the IP address in to my browser and it worked straight away including the PTZ functions, but when I enter all the correct information in to vMix I get errors or just a black screen (depending on the stream type I've tried)!!

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

This is my info:

rtsp://admin:pass@192.168.0.42:554

RTSP over TCP - 400 bad gateway

VLC (RTMP etc): black input screen
