First of all blessings:
We are a ministry we want to record the sermons in the church and want to buy a card that will allow us to capture 4 cameras, I would like to know if this card PV-183 -8 put them in the link, can serve for this, or it I recommend low cost because we are short of funds, also indicated that other VC4440e me, thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

It is best to avoid any capture cards designed for survelliance as the drivers are not designed for video mixing at all and can be quite unreliable.
I would recommend something like the Osprey 460E, while it is not as cheap, it will be much more reliable:

and the above mentioned card is limited to a 320 x 240 resolution, not really "High Definition" ;-)
Martin, do you have experience with MOTU hardware, the HD Express particularly?
