The short answer is, No, you need to do it manually - which means you can choose when to do it. It will tell you, in the bottom left corner of the interface, if there's an "Update Available" and then it's up to you as to if/when you install it.

I'm getting can't install for as it can't replace VCMwrapper.dll - any ideas please
