Hi

I have some customers who complain that files exported from replay cannot be played on the iPhone. There are also problems with some video NLE's. The files cannot be opened in Sony Movie Studio either.

Export format is MP4 high quality.

I did some analyzes on the exported files and found that they have 4 audio channels. If I reduce the files to 2 channels (with ffmpeg command) they play well on iPhone and open in NLE.

So there is an easy workaround. But the question still arises as to why 4 audio channels are exported on an mp4 file and 2 of them are always with no sound?

Hopefully someone has an explanation for this?

Looks like this has changed in version 26. There is a new audio channel selection list where we can choose between 2 or 4 channels.

I must have missed this in the change log.
