We have been using vMix on this computer for a little over a year. The computer vMix is on is really used for nothing else; it's set to open vMix and load our preset automatically on boot (and other un-needed boot load programs have been turned off;) power button to vMix running with presets loaded takes roughly 6 seconds depending on how quickly someone types in the password. On the occasion that someone closes vMix and re-opens it a little over a month ago it started taking 10+ minutes to load the preset (that's the same whether vMix is opened with the preset shortcut or just the application then using open to load our preset or last.vmix; it also clocks if you try manually adding inputs after the first run.)

No new windows updates were installed within two weeks prior to this issue's beginning (system is managed and updates are manually installed)

Caches, system caches, etc. are cleared.

There are no usb or other external drives attached; the two 2TB SSD drives (both less than 1/4 full) are regularly optimized and showing no issues.

We run vMix once weekly generating a 4-6GB file.

vMix has been updated regularly through this, the problem is I'm not sure exactly what version the issue started with.

System specs

Dell XPS 8940
Windows 11 Pro (upgraded from Windows 10 Pro yesterday in an attempt to solve this issue, it's still present and the upgrade can be rolled back.)
i9- 11900K processor (8-Core, 16M Cache, 3.5GHz to 5.3GHz) (11th Generation)
64GB RAM (16Gx4 DDR4 2933MHz)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6
Dual 2TB SSD drives (Boot is an M.2, Storage is a SATA - vMix records to the boot drive, files are moved to the storage drive later.)
vMix current version: 26.0.0.38 (x64)
3 Camera inputs (really two are screens but they're HDMI to USB inputs and loaded like cameras, the camera is also HDMI to USB.)
1 USB Audio input (Behringer u-Phoria UMC22)
If there are any other system specs you want don't hesitate to ask... I believe I've listed everything relevant.

I've been trying to figure this one out for a while, it's got me baffled... any insight or ideas are welcome.
If there's anything on the forums relating to this I've missed it in my previous searches and would appreciate being pointed in that direction as well!
