We have an announcer that likes to bring his own mic. Generally the vmix pc is already up and running before he gets there and when he plugs his mic in it never reconnects in vmix, the only thing we've been able to do is delete that input and create a new one but then we have to do this everytime. I've tested this with several mics (usb, 3.5mm) and this happens on all of them. Vmix is up and running with the audio input setup for the mic, unplug the mic from the computer and plug it back in and it does not reconnect. Is there anyway to get this to work?

Same her but you can use the change button top right on the settings page of the non working input and select the same input again. Then it will work and you don't lose the order of inputs and such.
