Hello - I'm wondering if it's possible to run vmix on a virtual machine that never shutsdown, and somehow bring local inputs into the virtual machine? Or would everything need to be located on the virtual machine? We have guests connect through Skype and NDI their input, I'm guessing skype would need to be on the virtual machine along with NDI tools? Is that even possible?
Thanks in advance.

vMix runs great inside a VM. It's even possible to do hardware passthru if running on local hardware.

If you're only doing network based streams you shouldn't have any issues.

hi,

nothing better than install and test vmix and take your own conclusions, only that way you can experience how far can you go.

i run a simple vMix based 24/7 webtv, it works very nice.
