I would like to setup a button on my streamdeck to unmute and mute my USB SHURE mic inside of VMIX, by pressing a button on my streamdeck. I tried to follow the advice given on the Youtube Tutorials, but still unable to make this happen ?

Have you tried the Shortcut: "Audio"?
It will work like a toggle switch turning the Audio ON and OFF with each successive push of the button.

Please give us a detailed description of how you have tried.
There are many ways to do this, and many tutorials out there ;)

Can you control vMix at all using your Stream deck?
