Output freezes on single input

Hi everyone,
We've run into an issue a couple of times in the last couple of months where our output in vMix freezes on a single input. We can't then cut to another input and have to restart our machine for it to un-freeze.
When hitting the cut button, you can see the preview on the left-hand-side changing but the output does not, and remains on the input it is frozen on. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you fix it?

I know we've had issues with our camera freezing. I'm not in front of our vMix machine right now, but might be able to right click on the output that is frozen, and if it gives the option, select "reset" or "refresh" or whatever it says.
We have one input that freezes, and I'm trying to fix, but for us, that fixes the issue at least temporarily without the need to restart the whole machine.
