We have been using vMix for 2 yrs+ with one camera. What all do we need to add another camera ? We have been using a StarTech UVCHDCAP with a single in and out. Do we need some kind of new capture with 2 lines in for the 2 cameras?

You can use a streaming cam in vMix, SRT, NDI, RTP, RTSP.... over the network without a capture card. Could be easier. Otherwise you need an additional capture option.
