Greetings all,

I have a .csv file loaded into the title editor that will be manually changed very often. Is there a way to avoid clicking into the title editor window each time I need to scroll down in the .csv to update the title?

You must to have checked the "live" button on left bottom on tittle editor. When is checked it's turns to green.

Can you explain how send data or get from csv file to vMix? It's interesting

There are a few ways to select a title preset in vMix (either imported from CSV or added manually):

1. From the Title Editor presets list as your doing now
2. From the right click menu for the input
3. From the web interface

Thanks Martin. I was afraid of that. We're trying to use our XKeys (or a keyboard shortcut) to scroll through the titles as we're cutting the show. I'm not sure that will be possible as these all require a selection before.

Pasingshot,

CSV data is easily imported into the title editor by clicking Import.

g-mo attached the following image(s):
title import.PNG (27kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

just a quick question for the csv-import...

there isn't a way to import the text "live", is there?

What I was thinking of - export the title-settings as a csv-file to a dropbox-folder. Edit the csv-file and it automatically changes in vmix.

Thanks in advance for any help

Think it might be "easyer" to make a specific script to load, check, select and send (even on another laptop) to your needs.
A "selfchecking for data" title could be an option.
A "activate" window like with autohotkey shortcut is also something to think about.

Have personally worked with lists containing hundreds of datalines to a title to be changed about each minute and found it more practical than importing a csv into the title setting itself (based on vb gridview and httprequests). Ideally the data would come from judges computers but was second best thing (for now :-) )as at least getting the list was not a problem.

There are two new shortcuts in the just released update to vMix 14:

PreviousTitlePreset and NextTitlePreset to scroll through the list with shortcuts
