There is a way to scroll the text slightly except when it does not enter the text frame? a light scrolling from left to right

Can you be more specific pls (confused). Do you mean a scroling into position?

I need to scroll the text without distortion but not as a news ticker. A soft animation only when the text is too long, it doesn't tighten and widen, it's only scroll from right to left and after return from left to right
