Wasn't sure whether to post this in Vmix Call or SRT channels, but I think it fits better here.

My work specializes in remotely operating live-streams, and I have had a recurring issue with SRT servers and I haven't been able to find a solution that feels reliable. My typical set up is having clients send their camera and audio feed to me via vMix Call while streaming their media feed to an SRT server that I bring into vMix. The issue is that there is typically ~500ms of latency for the media feed, while the vMix Call feed has little to no latency.
Since there is no way to add a delay to vMix Call's outright, a work around I've found is adding an NDI input of the vMix Call and adding a delay to match the SRT feed. I then add an audio delay to sync up to the video, and while this tends to work I'm just not that confident in the viability of this method. It's a bit convoluted and takes a lot of time to sync up client's to their media feed.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very helpful.
