Change position of Layer within Multiview Input

Whether it's a script feature or an internal feature, I would like to change the X,Y,Zoom positioning of different layers within a Virtual Set Input (Box 1, Box 2, Overlay 2, etc).
For a single client, I have 4 different shows that have similar looking graphics, but have some variations between them. Such as the alpha boxes on some 2 Box overlays are shifted slightly up/down/left/right. I pack all 4 different show assets into a single vMix profile, instead of having to switch between different vMix profiles and Companion bundles per show. I can easily switch between shows with a single Companion button that changes all assets for a certain show's branding (Box Overlays, Bugs, Stinger Transitions, Standby's, etc). The variations in where the alpha boxes on Box Overlays make the layers of the different camera/virtual caller feed's positions slightly off from one another.
I wish there was a vMix/Companion shortcut or Script feature that I could add to the Show Selection Companion Shortcut that would set the positioning of different layers on different Virtual Set Inputs.
