Why is vmix using 70% of my GPU when nothing is going on?

I paused my one video inputs and minimized vmix So it should be doing nothing, but it's using 70% CPU??? I stopped all the inputs and minimized vmix.  vmix 70 percent GPU.JPG (58kb) downloaded 0 time(s). vmix capture.JPG (193kb) downloaded 0 time(s).So I closed ALL the inputs and GPU is still at 40% !?! vmix cpu.JPG (194kb) downloaded 1 time(s).so vmix isn't doing anything but it is tying up the GPU On vmix startup (without loading anything), it uses 11% GPU. what's going on?
