Vmix call is working for others in that location except for 1 person. Others tried the same link and it works fine.

When they click the link for vmix advanced, they don't even see themselves in local preview. (Indicates blocked camera but camera is not blocked in chrome privacy camera and mic settings)

Can windows firewall block it? Same computer can use zoom, google hangouts, skype, teams.
It doesn't appear that anything is "holding" camera access.

Stumped what to try next.
