Embedded Audio Doubling on one channel when sent to encoder

Hey all. I'm at my wits end here.
So I have a home/away feed coming in through an SDI that I have plugged into a Blackmagic Decklink Duo 2. Home being on the right channel and Away on left respectively. In vMix I can hear and listen to them clearly without any doubling or bleeding of the channels. However when we push the feed through an Encoder, our streaming platform is telling us that they're hearing one channel clean while the other is getting both feeds. In the channel Matrix we have Channel one coming in through left and Channel 2 coming in through right ONLY. However there is still bleeding somehow.
Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
