It would be really nice to see the mute state of the caller's mic without reading the chat log. Icon or indicator in the Call Manager can do it nicely and would be nice if the same info is accessible via the API.
Also chat access via API can be useful as well. Better if it's a Socket API / subscription only feature. I bet no one likes a long XML...
