Hey all,

I have the Thunderbolt 3 Blackmagic Mini recorder and I cannot seem to get a camera feed from it into Vmix Call on a Mac.

The mac sees it in Media Express and also in OBS but Vmix call will not see it as a drop down selectable camera.

Is it not supported please?

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I’ve encountered the exact same thing today. Brand new Mini Recorder 3G - fine in OBS but nothing native in the vMix Call web app. I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome & Safari to no break through.

The odd thing is the audio side is being picked up in Chrome as an audio input option, but no video selection.
