Howdy.

Wondering if anyone has found a nice, pre-built compact tower desktop system.

I'd like to find something that's smaller than a normal tower PC, but still has an i7, RTX2070ish, and a PCI slot for an SDI capture card, plus thunderbolt.

Anyone found something good? Thanks!

Something like that? The tower enclosures of lenovo in this series are smaller than normal ones. Its a pretty nice size.
