I'm new to vmix and want to run it on a laptop. My show will almost always be myself with a virtual set perhaps as well as a power point presentation and maybe 2 cameras and two guests on vmix call.

I see the vmix recommended ASUS laptop with the i7 chip and 3060 card. I am having trouble finding it for sale in the US and instead went to Dell's site and see a laptop that is only $250 more but has the 3070TI chip and the I9 chip versus the recommended 3060 and i7. Wouldn't that future proof things for me? Is this better than the recommended lapotp? Does it have G-Sync? I don't even know what that is or if I need it (I'm afraid it doesn't have it).

Can someone tell me what they think of this as compared to the ASUS recommendation?

And is there an ASUS computer with the i9 and 3070? Basically, I'd like to buy now what will likely be a 2023 laptop if it's only a few hundred more.
