Streamdeck and Vmix LOOK ok but no worky? - The correct buttons come up labled, can see in shortcuts, but nothing happens when pressing button.

When I bring up Vmix my streamdeck comes up with the correctly labeled buttons. I can see the shortcuts assigned in vmix, when I highlight one and press Find it sees the button on the streamdeck i am pressing. now I go into vmix and try to use the streamdeck and nothing happens.

help??
