Good evening everyone. I have a problem with birddog mini, I can't see it in Vmix. Birddog I see it on the net, I can enter the device with the ip address and make all the changes. I have set a static ip to avoid network problems. My system consists of a 4g router, connected to a Gigabit switch, to this switch I connect two mini birddogs and then with a network cable I enter the PC. The system has always worked well lately I don't know what happened it doesn't work anymore. Both switch and birddog are updated with the latest firmware. Everything seems to work but I can't see the flow inside Vmix, nor even inside Comms Lite. The curious thing is that if I open a Vmix seteup with an NDI input already set in it, it recognizes it immediately. I lost two days I can't find a solution.

We had this issue twice. I can't give you a specific answer but a generic one.
On the first occasion, we found out the mini was set as a decoder, so we switched it to an encoder. The 2nd time, we did a reset and it worked normally.
We always rely on DHCP for IP assigning

I've had Bird Dog Minis for years.
I always recommend using DHCP to assign IP addresses, then MAC based address assignments in the DHCP server.
This give you one place to set all IP addresses.
Manually setting IP configuration at every device might seem simpler, but it's usually a source of headaches.

1. Deactivate all windows firewall, reboot and try again. 2. You have not set up NDI Access Manager(NDI Tools) before? Leave only Public Group Send/Receive (All ungrouped NDI sources).
