Hockey Scoreboard penalties

Hi I currently have a issue with penalties on my scoreboard as I want to make so that when a penalty happens a rectangle drops down with the time in it and when the time hits zero it goes back up. The way its setup is we use a oes scoreboard so all of that info is changed by the time keeper and is input into vmix using the data source option under the title editor.
My question is their a line of code or something that can be entered in where if the timer is on then it displays and if it is empty/0 it goes back to hiding?
example: If(true=show) If(false=hide)

Simple Image object that can display an image file in BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG format. The source file can be changed from within the vMix Title Editor and by data sources. It is not possible to set a border or fill for an image object. Images have a number of Size Modes that determine how the file is displayed within the bounding box of the object.
