PNG DataSource - Only some images work

I am familiar with using images as DataSources, but during this build I cannot get all images to work.
File types look the same, Ive tried rerendering images, changing file names, changing file size, etc. When I link to the image locally with the Browse option, the image is displayed perfectly. When linked using the Excel spreadsheet, nothing is visible.
30% of the images (school logos) work every time.. but the rest of the logos have not worked once.
Ive built many shows using DataSources and I have never had this issue.. any ideas? Thank you

Would this be something to do with an image cache/buffer of some kind?

I believe I have this solved.. and to my understanding it is a cache issue.
When working within the same Title, the images do not update.. but when creating a new Title or replacing the GT Title file with itself (AND CHANGING FILE NAME).. I am able to see the updated image.
Please let me know if anyone has an easier way. Thank you
