Hello all,

I have the challenge to enhance the voice of my presenter to sound like a radio speaker on BBC :)

I researched and found that an analogue mic pre-amp with sound processing options (such as DBX 286s) could help me get that voice profile. The problem is that I have three head mics and would need three pre-amps to have a consistent sound profile.

On the other hand, installing many audio processing plugins (VST3) can deliver the same result. My concern is: how much impact does a set of plugins have on the production computer's performance (CPU/GPU workload)?

What would you use to get that radio speaker voice?

Thanks!
