I have an input using an NDI source from vMix Desktop Capture.

This source is a computer that is one we use for worship lyrics and scriptures during worship service. We have the desktop background set to black. I have a color key set on this input so the lyrics and scripture text will be transparent.

Every two or three weeks I lose the color key and the whole input is just like it looks on the PC that it is being captured from.

I save every time I reset the color key but then after a couple of weeks it's gone again.

Any help to find out why this is happening would be appreciated.
