Hi,

In these cases, random crashing/closing is generally caused by something faulty on the system unfortunately.

Check to see if other apps are closing too and if so, a good first step is to reinstall Windows to ensure it is not caused by corrupt files or settings in Windows.

If the entire system is crashing or rebooting, then it could also be faulty hardware or drivers on the computer.
After a system crash you can run WhoCrashed software to identify what component it might be:

https://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

If whocrashed doesn't identify a specific cause, then it could be a failure of system memory, with less likely causes including motherboard, CPU and even power supply.

Unfortunately, issues like this are not always clear to solve, but I hope the above gets you in the right direction.

Regards,

Martin
