Replay default inputs, changing order, and activators

This is really a request for two separate but related functions.
1. It should be possible to select several or all inputs as default selection.
Currently only one replay inpout can be selected as the replay is beeing created.
2. It should be possible to change the order in which the replays are being played.
Currently, we are stuck with whatever order was selected when setting up the replays.
3. We need activators to tell us which replay inputs have been selected.
