Ok I need your help on this one:

I will record and stream a multi language session: Dutch / English. Dutch will be simultaneous translated to English and vice versa. Sessions have mixed speakers.

I will record the session and can record left and right channels (Left being Dutch and right English) and later choose the channel for the production of the video.

But how do I record L+R AND livestream only one channel ( Right: English) as dual mono. Can I do this on one machine or do I need two. I might use a separate fmle stream machine. Can I select the channel there (and make it dual mono).

How do I pan one channel left and one to right (I can find only the separation of the channels, would mean the channels are already separated...

Would be good to hear your creative ideas on this...

Just thinking along when posting:

Would be good to have the option on all audio streams - recording, streaming/externalto separate the audio channels and select which channel to use for the recording / or the external as a dual mono stream.

This way the stream comes in with two audio channels - rec as two audio streams L+R and external you can choose what to send out L of R as a dual mono (or select mono in FMLE).

Would that be a feature request?

Stefan
