We are bringing in our audio and video through HDMI via a blackmagic ATEM mini. Audio sync starts out really good, but progressively gets worse the longer the stream goes. By about an hour it's off by several hundred milliseconds at least, sometimes worse. Any suggestions?

best way to keep audio in sync is to feed the audio through one of your camera audio inputs and from there to the BM Atem mini. The Atem is very good in syncing different cameras to the output framerate - but might have problems to sync the audio input on the Atem especially if you use variable bitrates/framerate on your cameras. One other option is to get all your inputs to the same framerate as your output framerate on the Atem.
