Hi all,,
I'm trying to recreate the white bar present from the 00:00 minute of this video.
On GT Designer Advanced you can put the Ticker from bottom to top but it is continuous, such as the writing for the black bar, while theirs is at intervals, is it possible to reproduce it through some setting?

You can't use a ticker for that (as it is not a ticker) but rather an ondatachange animation of a textfield in your GT title
