You make your own ticker with the GT title designer , choose any background , font, additional shapes etc Or you can just edit an existing one (say change background bar color etc)

Is that similar to your post from 3 years ago ? Like similar to these here ;-) They are a bit tricky to do so won't explain as need more than just strait in the GT designer sorry
