I'm not sure if it's bad forum form to point this out but the Acer Predator Triton 500 SE with RTX 3060 hits all the marks for the Sapphire reference system except for G-Sync. Currently on sale at Best Buy $500 off. I bought three.

Without a second SSD, so just recording on the C Drive I had a good long test of 4 1080p30 cams (BMD Decklink Quad HDMI Recorder / SonnetTech Echo Express SE I) with program recording, 4-cam replay recording, and youtube streaming.

I also did a 3-cam event using two Magewell HDMI UBS dongles and one Elgato CamLink 4K.

I think this might be a good machine with the addition of a 1TB SSD. It has 16GB RAM, which would seem to be plenty. I don't think I would dare use it for anything requiring all that replay, but it seemed to have plenty of CPU and GPU headroom. Could easily be a decent laptop for lighter programs, and a backup for heavier sports. YMMV.
