Using VmixCall Advance, the guest logs in and connects the audio. On the guest side they are using an iPad pro with a Roland Rubix 22 audio interface that connects to the ipad. The mic being used is Shure MV7. When the connection is made the audio sounds great. About 5 minutes into the call , that audio begins to have a crackle sound on it each time they speak. This does not happen with other guests. I have tried to trouble shoot with the caller with no luck. Could it be an issue on my side with audio drivers etc? Any help would be appreciated.
