I am not sure if vMix suports SRT NAE(Network Adaptive Encoding). This uses variable bitrate when transmitting vMix SRT output to an encoding server.
I have tested but limiting bandwidth for vMix and the stream just buffers. I have a Teradek Cube that can encode SRT using NAE and it is able to adjust quality based on bandwidth.
