Hello,

maybe someone can help me.

I try to receive a stream via vMix and just get a black screen. The connection is established, i can see it in the statistics. When i put the same data in vlc player directly on my computer, i can receive the srt stream without any problems. Passphrase is correct for vlc and vmix. I checked it a lot of times.

A little too little information about the problem. Normally SRT is straightforward with vMix
Is vMix the caller or the listener. Have you tried to make a srt connection to vMix with other SRT Sources? larix broadcaster?
If vMix is the caller, are UDP ports open to your vMix computer?
What kind of device is the encoder?
Are you shure, the SRT signal is encrypted? Keylength 16/24/32?
