I can see the NDI feed in OBS and NDI Monitor, but it will not load in vMix.

New Ptzoptics 30x NDI camera, New computer with Windows 11, new install of vMix, and NDI Tools. Add the NDI input; I can see the camera listed, but when I add it and click OK the input tile is black.

I have turned off the firewall, and had PTZoptics tech support check on camera settings and update the camera firmware, but still nothing in vMIX but it shows up fine in OBS and NDI Monitor.

Suggestions?????

Is vmix seeing other NDI sources?
I would also roll windows back to windows 10 in order to be on a fully supported OS for trouble shooting.

Yes, vMix sees the NDI feed from our laptop running Propresenter.

Do you get the same issue when running it on windows 10?

I don't have another computer I can check it with Window 10. OBS and NDI Monitor both see it
