How is one to know the numbers to enter into those 4 boxes?

Also, the custom size still doesn't allow me to move the box around easily to where I need it? I am seeking stepwise instructions on how to accomplish that.

So see the next solution that doggy suggests "or Output NDI out to NDI Monitor and resize/drag it to wherever you want it"
