I have a pocket 4K and I am running audio out of the XLR mini from the camera, into the ATEM MINI PRO ISO, now I am confused as to where the audio is supposed to appear in VMIX?

If I go with the microphone out eigth inch jack on side of pocket 4k (instead of XLR mini ) does that matter? Because I am unsure if it needs to have phantom power. I am using a SHURE MV7 Mic. I would like the audio to be sync up automatically, and not have to go into the computer via USB. However, is the only way to get power to the mic through the USB on the SHURE?
