GT Title Animations for videos

Hi,
I have created a logo, which I animated with GT Title designer, to fly into the screen. I added a shine through Premiere Pro so now the logo is now a 4 second clip with a shine. Am I able to add the same effect so it flies into the screen the same way as when it was static? If so, how?

Stachu consider converting the clip to an image sequence to put it into the title and add some transition animations to it too
