Our church had techs upgrade our dedicated vMix "video" PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Total CPU usage has gone from about 35% to 60%, and Task Manager is telling me that ffmpeg.exe is the main culprit.

Is this normal? We never even noticed ffmpeg in the past. Google not much help, so far.

This issue has come up Again.
I'm going to the source for builds of Ffmpeg.exe and download something more recent.
Hopefully it will work.
