If I have this right shortcuts can be used for displaying multiple inputs and overlays, but they don't control timings, like they won't make a title overlay appear 4 seconds after the main input, and then fade 10 seconds later. For that kind of control I need triggers, correct?

And triggers are associated with an input, so if I want to make a title overlay appear and then fade the first time camera one is showing, that's a trigger. But if I don't want the title slide at all on subsequent camera ones, then I need to define a 2nd input for camera one, and have different triggers or none at all, correct?

If that's right then I think ideally I think I should use shortcuts to show an input, and use triggers on that input to control its overlays, and potentially turn them off when the input is replaced with something else.

Am I thinking about this the right way?
