Hi All, please I need assistance, I am using external output 1 into a blackmagic SDI 4K output card but the video bitrate is above 4.5Mb/s. This video bitrate is too high for my intended purpose, how or what settings do I need to adjust so I can reduce the bitrate to, say within 3.5Mb/s?

When you're outputting to a hardware card like Decklink video bandwidth isn't something you're measuring or really care about (it's technically 1.5-12Gb/s depending on resolution and frame rate).

What are you trying to limit to 3.5MB/s, a recording?
