New to this forum, bare with me, I have a Huddlecam HC10 x I can use their PTZ software without any problem. Save preset recall home and so forth. Now I use the vMix UVC PTZ protocol accessible through the drop menu on the PTZ tab.
I connect the camera through the UVC PTZ option, I pan I tilt I zoom everything work. Next step I would like to save couple of virtual preset I create 2 of them It is added on the thumbnail as PTZ8 and PTZ 9.
The problem happen when I recall the preset from either 8 or 9 it goes to default which it is not what i push and recall. When I go back to see the setting of PTZ 8 or 9 I lost the connection and when I want to reconnect with the UVC PTZ protocol window come up with" preset doesn't accept UVC PTZ controller"

I hope this story is not too long, I would like some help I am new using this vMix software, thanks for your support.
