Need a hero!

Can anybody explain why when using one of the standard 2 head shot "virtual sets", (with Box 1 / Box 2), my main camera bleeds over the border of the box I have set for it? Not the background, just the camera image. Meanwhile, VMIX call works perfectly, meaning the entire shot fits within the perfect box. I've tried cropping, resizing, EVERYTHING. But I simply cannot get my main camera shot (Sony A7 into CamLink) to fit within the box's edge boundary! See pic:
