When selecting a frame rate, should I choose 1080P30 or 1080P29.97? I am looking for a natural look and not a film look. If there is no difference, why is there even a choice?
I am installing new PTZ cameras and I have to choose in the camera setup as well as in vMix.

You won't see a difference.
29.97 is the frame rate used in the NTSC (American) TV standard.
30 is a bit more common on-line.

Unless you are outputting to broadcast TV I'd pick 30/60 for everything if possible.
