I'm testing the videocallaudiosource shortcut and it works fine when I use my connected StreamDeck. But when I try to use one key on my laptop's keyboard to change the audio source to a different bus, and another key on the keyboard to change the audio source back to Master, nothing seems to happen after I've added and saved the two shortcuts.

Does this shortcut not work on a keyboard and only work with a MIDI device (or similar) that has a down/up button?

Thanks.

Can you verify that your mouse is active in the vMix UI window?
Keyboard Shortcuts only work when the vMix UI window is the active window in Windows.

Yes, I can confirm. I was on my laptop and I only use the touchpad on my laptop. I was mostly manually switching between shots in the vMix interface. And right after I created the shortcut, I was testing it with the vMix Call input to see if it would switch sources and it would not. I just tried again on another laptop with the same result.

What keys are you using?
Everything works as expected for me.
What do you mean by "touchpad"?
Do you mean "NumberPad"?
If so, you will need to verify that "NumLock" is enabled.

Ice,
Thanks for your efforts.

I just heard back from vMix Support and it turns out that I'm not supposed to be viewing vMix Call input via the right-click menu while pressing a key on the keyboard. That was the issue.

I've always done that (right click menu on vMix Call) when using the Stream Deck to check that it switches audio sources when I press the down button and switches back when I release the button -- and I always saw it switch in real time. But apparently, with a computer keyboard, you can't do that. Good to know.

Thank you again for your help.
