there's a shortcut VideoCallAudioSource for changing the return audio to a vmix call, was wondering if there's a shortcut that lets me change the output of the vmix call from Bus A for example to Master?

I think it was doggy who pointed to the AudioBus... shortcuts. In your case a combo like:

AudioBusOff A,callinput
AudioBusOn M,callinput
