I’m using Atem mini extreme iso as a usb c capture device into vmix. For me vmix is primarily used to record and stream rather than intensive switching. I’ve found though that the audio coming off the ATEM mini via usb C is about 2-3 frames late compared to video when I review the streams and recordings produced in vmix. There is no delay on the audio in vmix or ATEM’s audio settings. If I record the video at the ATEM direct from switcher via the USBC to an SSD the audio and video are in perfect sync like the source. Audio is late when it comes to vmix via the USBC capture.
I’m using audio sync videos as a source (twitch sync video or photoJoseph sync vids.
Anyone have similar experience or can you suggest where I should look to start troubleshooting? The PC is a custom build using components for VMIX suggested systems. I don’t have the specs off hand but it isn’t the least stressed in any way.
